CCP acquired the Oasis Apartments, a garden-style community in Dallas, Texas, in August 2018 and immediately embarked on a comprehensive renovation campaign of the unit-interiors, the common areas, and the exterior of the asset. CCP spent approximately $2.25M renovating the asset and within 3 years exited at the Year-5 projected sale price of $54.5MM.
