Oasis Apartments

Concord Property Management began management of the Oasis Apartments, a 500+ unit garden-style apartment community in Dallas, TX, in 2018. The property was suffering from high vacancy and required extensive renovations throughout including interior-unit renos, common area improvements, and exterior work. CPM was able to stabilize occupancy, and provide substantial value add to the property. Concord’s investment division, Concord Capital Partners, successfully sold the asset in 2021 for a realized IRR of 23%.
