Bankier Apartments

CPM assumed management of the Bankier portfolio in late 2021. At purchase, the portfolio consisted of 35 assets which served as off-campus student housing for the University of Illinois – Champaign Campus and Parkland College. Through a series of high return sales, the portfolio was streamlined to 19 properties. The properties consist of ground floor commercial spaces and upper floor student housing. The portfolio was seamlessly integrated into our management software and over the course of 2022, additional software and management tools were added to the CPM arsenal to ensure a smooth operating environment. The portfolio is set to be fully leased in 2023 for the academic year.
