In late 2020, CPM assumed management of a group of garden style properties located in Lancaster, CA. The properties were suffering from high vacancy and unchecked outflows of cash. Through an aggressive lease up strategy, CPM was able to stabilize the portfolio and ultimately increased rents and reached 95% occupancy within 6 months. Through close partnership with the owners, CPM helped generate budgets and brought cash flow under control while also handling oversight on larger CapEx projects.
