Concord Construction oversaw the complete remodel and addition of the home’s second story, helping the client go from 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, to 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, or 5,196 sqft to 7,207 sqft. Kirkside Road Airy California home with an open floor plan and pool oasis addition
Located in a prestigious enclave of Century City, Concord Construction remodeled this home to deliver a light and breezy open floor plan, modern layout, and indoor/outdoor entertaining space. The team created an additional bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, a backyard expansion of nearly 2,000 square feet and a resort-inspired pool in the new backyard.
Fuller Avenue 1920’s English Tudor with dramatic curb-appeal
Concord Construction worked closely with the Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) to preserve the historical charm of this home, while simultaneously updating the space for a growing family. The complete gut and renovation of this project honored the home’s 1927 charm with a refurbished two-story beamed living room, new kitchen with center island, spa-like bathrooms, wide plank flooring and fireplace/chimney restoration. The team also updated plaster walls, electrical paneling, landscaping and exterior drainage.
Benedict Canyon Drive Contemporary home located in prime Beverly Hills neighborhood
This architectural masterpiece boasts a sleek and modern design with exquisite attention to detail. The team oversaw the 500 sqft addition to this home, including total gut remodel, which includes new foundation, framing, steel, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. This modern home on Benedict Canyon has an updated open floor plan, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with modern finishes throughout.
Alta Drive Mediterranean style home located in the prestigious flats of Beverly Hills
This Mediterranean style home was thoughtfully restored and brought back to life with astute attention to detail. Concord Construction maintained the charm of the home’s period details such as terra cotta floors, custom iron railings, distressed wooden beams and arched doorways, while creating an open concept floorplan and updating the home’s systems, kitchen, and bathrooms, thus transforming the estate’s appeal for generations to come.
Highland Ave Oceanside condo renovation in Manhattan Beach
Concord Construction was called for a two-part job in an ideal neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. First, the team had to remediate water damage and identify the damage source within the building. Once the water damage was fully restored, the team remodeled this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom traditional-style condo to update the unit’s rooms, systems and living area.
Canfield Drive Open concept home with beautiful new finishes
Canfield features a completely new layout for the entire home, with an updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms for its residents. Concord Construction oversaw new framing, new foundation, re-pipe and electrical upgrades to this job site. The new design has an open floorplan, hardwood floors, luxurious finishes and an inviting backyard.
