Jon launched F2 in June of 2021 and formed a JV with Concord in early 2022. He is currently responsible for running Concord’s debt platform and all private lending functions. In Jon’s first year of business, he executed over $100MM of transactions, and within the JV’s first 120 days, F2 closed seven deals in two states via four different structures.  

Prior to opening his own shop, Jon worked on both the Acquisitions and Debt Strategies teams at Lightstone, one of the largest real estate private equity firms in the United States. During his tenure there, Jon spearheaded $1B of real estate acquisitions and simultaneous financings. Jonathan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Sy Syms School of Business in New York City with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Management
