Ryan spearheads Concord’s multifamily and student housing acquisitions program. He also works closely with the company’s operations team to oversee asset management, investor reporting, and special projects across the firm’s portfolio. Since joining Concord, he has worked on transactions totaling approximately $400M.

Ryan is a fourth-generation commercial real estate professional. Prior to joining Concord Companies, he worked within his family’s office, where he gained experience in the asset management of retail, multifamily, student housing, and office investments. He holds a major in economics and a minor in finance from American University in Washington, DC. On weekends, Ryan enjoys hiking, reading, and going on scenic drives throughout California.
